Added additional security options to external routing for approvals (Authorizations, Assignment Extensions, Policy Field Exceptions and Core Flex Policy Field Exception): 

• Usage of SSO to authenticate users that approve routed requests. Users then need to be on a valid SSO session to approve 
• Usage of Login/Password to authenticate the Equus Platform users that do not have an SSO session 
• Make sure only approvers can approve and the ‘delegate to approve’ option is restricted
