Cargill and Equus Software a Winning Partnership! We are excited to be awarded the Best Vendor Partnership with our client, Cargill at the Forum Expat Management (FEM) Americas Conference this year in Denver! This recognition reflects the commitment we have made to all our clients to create best-in-class solutions that help to revolutionize their mobility program and processes… and with Cargill, we did just that.
Their AssignmentPro implementation began over two years ago, and, after an intense, eight-months, Cargill’s global mobility program was revolutionized. In a matter of months, they moved from several islands of disparate information and process to a connected and efficient program, enabling the following:
- Assignment package creation time was reduced from a week to less than 1 day.
- Payroll production effort was reduced from 3 full time employees to just a ½ FTE equivalent.
- HR business process from planning to full approval now takes only 3 weeks – down from 5 weeks.
