Elaine leads the Equus Global Project Management Office, driving projects and programs to success by ensuring we deliver on time and within budget. Elaine has extensive experience across multiple Project Management disciplines, working with organizations of all sizes and has delivered more than 10 projects over the past 6 years with Equus. Her passion is listening and understanding the client challenges and supporting the Global Client Success teams by translating client needs into successful solutions.
