As one of the first employees in Equus’ new Lisbon office, I’m amazed at how quickly a year has gone by. Not only have I learned so much about the industry, I’ve met some outstanding people along the way. From day one, everyone at Equus has treated me like family – which helped to create a great environment to build a growing team.
Today, we’ve grown to a team of 13 people, made up of Product Developers and Client Solutions Managers. Despite being almost 5,000 miles away from other offices – Equus’ culture of collaboration and innovation makes us always feel like part of the team no matter the distance.
I’m proud of how our small team has accomplished so much already. We have worked on some big projects and developed new features that create even more value for Equus’ users. Some of these features include Push Notifications, Bank Account Validation, Employee Requests & Exceptions and Employee Delegates – with more exciting features coming soon! We are happy to be a part of the success of Equus and are excited to continue delivering great software to companies all over the world. The future is bright, and we are excited to see what’s coming next!
