This broader in-house experience allows him to bring a well-rounded perspective to his current role at Equus. Here, Ian utilizes his combined expertise and understanding of the Equus Tax Engine to configure solutions that seamlessly meet your specific needs and tax policies, flowing into downstream pay and payroll processes.

Raquel holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Advertising, and a post-graduate degree in Communication and Design. Prior to joining Equus, she worked in the digital signage industry as a Content and Project Lead, and in the health industry as a Motion Designer and Project Manager. Through these experiences, Raquel developed the expertise for the next step of her career at Equus. In her current role as the Resource and Project Manager for the Ecosystem Team, Raquel manages and schedules projects for the Integration Analysts and oversees the onboarding of new Providers to the Equus Ecosystem. Raquel is originally from and is currently based in Lisbon, Portugal.

At Equus, he has worked in the client-facing support team before transitioning into Product Marketing. As the VP of Product Marketing, Scott is responsible for overseeing product marketing initiatives and driving both internal and external learning activities. Growing up in South Africa, Scott received a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) focused in Finance from the University of South Africa. Now residing in London, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf when he is not working.
