He then leveraged this knowledge by transitioning to an in-house global mobility team within the UK's aerospace sector, where Ian led not only taxation matters but also Reward and global payroll for expatriate employees. This broader in-house experience allows him to bring a well-rounded perspective to his current role at Equus. Here, Ian utilizes his combined expertise and understanding of the Equus Tax Engine to configure solutions that seamlessly meet your specific needs and tax policies, flowing into downstream pay and payroll processes.
